ODM

We own professional designer team and have two ODM modes for your options. One mode, we can provide complete design according to your requirement or concept, our design team creat the sketch & tech pack, our PD team will choose the approprite fabric & proceed samples for your approval. Second mode, you can pick up from our own designs to customize your products with your own logo.

Technology

Coating: SCS/Titanium

We equip the coating matchine and we can do SCS coating in house, we own the "Titanium" coating patent, which make us differentiate from other suppliers.

Glue-enhancing facility:

In order to enhance the glue fasteness & seaming durability, we equip the oven box testing equipment. When we finish the glueing and put every wetsuits into the oven box to go through high temperature, and this can ensure seaming are well glued and won't come off or tear off. This will make our wetsuits perform very well on the seaming and keep a very low defective rate.

Liquid seam:

We have built up one professional liquid seam production line, which is equiped with clean dust-free workshop & veteran workers with very rich experience on the craftmanship. Our liquid seam are very clean, straight, also it is durable and can withstand strict use and won't broke.

Testing

We formulate one full set of testing protocols for raw materials & finished goods, mechanical test & chemical test.

We have built up our own lab test room, we make the mechanical test in house including the incoming test,pull & tear test, colour fasteness test, spray & salty test... Meanwhile, we also have set up a good relationship with SGS,ITS,BV , which assist us to provide REACH, Proposition 65 & other special chemical test requirements.
